Each Bright Side Jewelry Co. piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of handmade work and the uniqueness of each item, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances and must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Bright Side Jewelry Co. via email Courtney to inquire about a refund or return // courtney@brightsidejewelryco.com

The notification must include a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence. Items reported outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging to be considered as for a refund.
